General Terms and conditions

Each Voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other green fee discount offer, as part payment for any golf goods or services or redeemed for financial compensation.

Only the original vouchers will be accepted the golf club management. Photocopies are not valid

Vouchers are valid until 31st March 2010

Each voucher may only be used at its designated golf course. Only one Vivabox voucher per tee time can be accepted.

Course Specific Terms and Conditions

The Addington
The Addington Golf Club offers the bearer the opportunity to be accompanied by up to 3 guests at the reduced Members rate.

The Oxfordshire
The voucher may only be redeemed for tee times booked anytime on weekdays and after 1.00pm on weekends, subject to availability of tee-times. Members Guest rate is £40 weekdays and £55 weekends. All golf visitors must provide a current handicap certificate.

St Melion
The Voucher may not be redeemed for a tee time booked before 12pm on a weekend or bank holiday. All playing partners of the bearer are entitled to the exclusive ‘St Mellion Residential Rate’. All golf visitors must provide a current handicap certificate.

Marriott St Pierre
St. Pierre offer the bearer a 25% discount on green fees for their guests. The Voucher can only be redeemed for tee times booked after 11am Sunday to Friday.

Marriott Forest of Arden
The Voucher can only be redeemed for tee times booked before 9am and after 3pm on weekdays only. All golf visitors must provide a current handicap certificate.

Carden Park
Carden Park Golf club offer the bearer a 50% reduction on buggy hire. The discount can only be redeemed during the complimentary round of golf.

Slaley Hall
The Slaley Hall Golf Club offer the bearer an invitation to bring up to 3 guests at half the seasonal rate. Tee times can be reserved up to 30 days in advance or when making a hotel reservation whichever is the earliest. All tee times are subject to availability.

The Carrick
The Carrick Golf Club offer the bearer the opportunity to be accompanied by up to 3 guests at the reduced Members Guest Rate

Spey Valley
The MacDonald Aviemore Highland Resort offer the bearer a 10% discount off the standard room rate at the Macdonald Highlands Hotel.

Terms and conditions

Information About Us
ww.ministryofgolf.com is a site operated by Ministry of Paintball (UK) Ltd (we, our, us).  We are registered in England and Wales under company number 4183656.Our registered office is at 44 Mountfield Road, London, W5 2NQ.  Our VAT number is GB 912 464 635

Registering and ordering Products
Once you have registered, you will receive an e-mail from us with your log in name and password. After placing an order, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. 

Availability
All items are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if, for any reason, the Products you have ordered are not available.

Ordering Errors
You are able to make changes to your order up to the point at which you click on the 'submit order' button on the Payment & Confirm section of the checkout process.

Prices
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site, Please be aware that these prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due.
Any promotional codes or discount offers must be stated before purchase for the discount to apply. If the code is not input before you click submit, Ministry of Golf is not obliged to offer a refund in relation to the promotional discount.
No more than one promotional code or voucher can be used per transaction

Payment
All payments are made through Paypal. If you do not already have a Paypal account you are still able to use this payment process as they accept all major credit cards.
By submitting an order to us through our site, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. 

Delivery
When you have chosen the Products you want to buy from us, the delivery address will default automatically to the billing address you have entered for your payment card.  If you want us to deliver your order to a different address, you can choose this option as you go through the checkout process.

Returns Policy
We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you are unhappy with your Products for any reason, you can return them to us in accordance with this returns policy.

You can return Products by post to our Head office within 14 days of purchase for a refund only.
1. Please ensure that your confirmation e-mail is returned with the Products as proof of purchase.
2. Address your parcel to Ministry of Golf, 40 Bowling Green Lane, London, EC1R 0NE
3. Take your parcel to your nearest Post Office for return via the Royal Mail.
We will refund the full price you paid for the Products, using the same method you used to pay for them, within 30 days of our receiving the Products.
No exchanges can be made as we cannot guarantee stock levels due to expected high turnover of sales.
If Products are returned to our Head Office you should obtain proof of postage from the Post Office.  Any claims for lost items will not be accepted if proof of postage has not been obtained.

Reasonable care
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. 

This means that:
The Packaging should be in good condition.
All contents should be present and in good condition
The tangible products within the box must not have been opened or used.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the Products before returning them to us, you may have to compensate us.
Unfortunately we can’t stop an order once it’s been confirmed by us.  If you change your mind about your order after this point you can return the Products to in accordance with this returns policy.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective Products.

Risk and Title
The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.  Ownership of the Products will only pass to you at the time of delivery or (if later) when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.

Our Liability
In the event of a fault in our Products notified to us within a reasonable time after delivery we will (subject to confirmation of the fault), exchange the Products or refund you in full but shall not have any other liability.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Events Outside Our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control including Acts of God, fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our Right To Vary These Terms And Conditions
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time.  You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you order Products from us.
